 Hi, I’m Cecilia Stanton Adams | CEO of Stanton Adams Consulting and Co-Founder of The Diversity Institute.
For over two decades, I’ve helped leaders build inclusive, people-centered workplaces where performance and purpose go hand in hand. With a background in psychology, sociology, and organizational development, I bring a unique blend of strategy, insight, and empathy to everything I do.
Before launching my own firm, I led DEI efforts at companies like Allianz Life, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Metropolitan State University. Now, through programs like Leadership by Design™, I support leaders in growing the mindset and skills needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and care.
