Hennepin Arts is in the process of shaping our new Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB) statement, and your voice is essential in this work.
These 60-minute focus groups will provide a safe, open space for discussion, where you can share your insights on what DEIAB should look like at Hennepin Arts. Your feedback will help shape a statement that truly reflects our shared values and aspirations.
Each session will be facilitated by an external consultant, Cecilia Stanton Adams and will include guided questions to explore themes that emerged from the survey, as well as an opportunity for open conversation. Participation is completely voluntary and confidential, and we encourage staff from all roles and backgrounds to join.
You can participate by joining one of four upcoming sessions—two virtual and two in-person.
